Fly-in and Airsport activities August, 17 & 18, 2019
Program and purpose (Fly-in 17-18 augustus 2019 op EHSE )

We already announced earlier this year that the SNVL (Stichting Nederlandse Vrouwen in de Luchtvaart) (Foundation of Dutch Women in Aviation) will celebrate her “lift-off” with a Fly-in and aeronautical activities on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 of August 2019, at Breda International Airport (EHSE, also known as Seppe).

This “multi” aeronautical activities meeting gives the opportunity to the participants to meet and exchange views and experience as well as to get acquainted with other airsports than they usually practice.

At the moment different organisations in the world are striving to help women to get a place in aviation, in order to obtain a more balanced ratio than what we are seeing at the moment: 93% men vs 7% women…

The weather is so unpredictable that in case of non-flying weather conditions, the program concerning the sightseeing will go through anyhow.
However, if you have any short Power Point Presentation (aviation related, safety, meteo, techn., skill, etc…) it would be most appreciated if you bring it along with you. It would make the weekend so much more interesting and attractive in case of bad weather.
(We have a beamer projector and a screen)
